The reception staff was friendly and efficient. My room was clean I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The shared area was a comfortable space .

The room lacked privacy as the night curtains were the only window coverings. I could see into the office building across the road.

some issues I faced

small duvetunhelpful staff

the duvet they provided was quite small. it felt more like a single size even on a double bed and not so warm. i also noted no hot water at night after a certain hour and the staff didn't mention it. the heater wasn't working well and when i contacted reception, they were not helpful. felt the staff member could have tried harder.

smooth stay close to everything

i had a really quiet room facing the back of the hotel, i slept soundly. the bed was comfortable, and there were two pillows provided for each of us. i appreciated the desk and chair in the room, very useful. the neighborhood felt safe and the central train station was only a short walk away.

the room was a bit small, there was not a huge amount of floor space.

the bar offers drinks 24 hours, so i could get refreshments anytime. there was a breakfast buffet, with many choices available, with lots of variety. i could always find something i liked.

the rooms have safes, that i could use to store valuables, which gave me great peace of mind. rooms were clean and modern. the rooms had a chair and desk so i could get some work done.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were always willing to assist. check-in was easy. the luggage storage was secure. Only staff had access, so i had no worry.
